The DUOBALL is particularly effective for massaging and releasing tensions in parallel lines of muscles, e.g. along the thoracic and lumbar spine - The areas where we feel upper and lower back pain. DIFFERENT SIZES FOR DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS   

We recommend the DuoBall 12cm for taller people with wider backs whereas the Duoball 8cm would suit smaller people.

We feel the 12cm is really effective for treatment in the slightly wider lower back area and the 8cm version suits very nice in between the shoulder plates and neck regions for a great effect in the upper back area. The decision which one to choose comes however mostly down to personal preference).
