At Keep On Running, we want you to feel confident in every stride. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in resalable condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
